Here is a workout for all you beginners who are only starting out.
It is a beginner Ab Workout to get you started.
The workout consists of 4 exercises in a row as the set. Take a rest of 40- 60 seconds then repeat for 2- 3 sets, depending on your fitness level.
Make sure your technique is right for each exercise and you should find it tough on the stomach and be able to feel a burn on your abs.
Do each of the 4 exercises for 30 seconds then take your break before doing your next set.
The exercises are:
– In and outs
– Alternating Leg Raises
– Swissball Pass
Try the workout for 4 weeks and then you can progress to a tougher workout. Be sure to let me know how you get on.
