I started emailing every day as part of a 30 day challenge and then ended up emailing every day for about 10 months after that
Then I brought it down to the 5 week days for about 3/4 months and now I have settled on the 3 days of Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Just like your Training and Diet needs, what is to much and what is just enough.
Last week someone replied with a question but started with
I must admit that your email campaign is surprisingly effective.
and she is correct,
it is effective.
People look for more information and tend to be pretty unsure so I want them to know that we are completely the opposite of what they expect to see when they exercise.
People expect males and females posing in front of mirrors, big meat heads strutting their stuff and some GI Joe wannabe coach roaring in their face.
and it is my job to fight tooth and nail to make them realise it doesn’t have to be like that.
This is the image that society portrays every day from dumbass media via TV shows or newspapers (90%of the time anyway) and we also see it every day on Social Media…
and in my experience over the years it is the NUMBER 1 thing putting people off exercise or joining an exercise class.
Which is a real shame,
rather than going with the idea of I’m going to go in here and give this rattle to see how I get on.
As I also believe in what we do I have no bother trying to promote us and get our word out there as I firmly believe we can help loads more people in each location we are in.
Some people might disagree but such is life
and I have also pissed a few people off with my emails which is a great thing as I use these emails to show what we stand for and what we are all about
and if what we stand for isn’t for you then you shouldn’t join us, no harm done.
I go by the old saying of
If you stand for nothing
you fall for everything.
which a lot of people do in theFitness business as they try to cater for everyone and end up catering for no one in particular.

It is also worth noting that after all my yapping about attending the 10:30 and 4:00 classes it looks like people have actually been listening to me
Now we have a good solid balance most days between the 2, especially in Cavan, so be sure to keep that up.
