Biggest reason why people can’t achieve their goals

Some end to the league yesterday with big wins for Monaghan, Cavan and Fermanagh

We won’t mention Louth!

And also great to see a Clones man and Roslea man to the fore,

a great day for the parish as they say.

Anyhoo,

We are reaching the end of month 3 for the year which is what is known in business terms as the 1st quarter

Whatever your goals are for the year you should be round about 25% of the way there, of course not always that straight forward but should most definitely have some sort of structured plan. (Click here to find out about the 12 Week Year)

The biggest reason people don’t achieve their goals in life is a very simple one

They don’t stick at them long enough!

They start a business and don’t stick to the plan long enough to let it come together

They start a Fitness program but quit half way through

and on and on it goes!

Of course there are people flogging a dead horse with a useless Business idea or a useless Fitness program

But more often than not, it is simple a matter of not staying the course.

Now is the perfect time of year to revaluate what your new year’s goals we’re and have a little rethink

Of course they won’t be going EXACTLY to plan and no ones really is

But we need to make a few adjustments along the way and make sure we are not getting distracted by “life” (Click here what a Busy Life can do)

As I write this onSunday evening I think I got some food poisoining last night while in a restaurant in Cork so haven’t felt the best myself today (Sunday)

But as the day goes on I do feel better so hopefully a good night’s kip will sort me out.

As we promote the 6 Week program regularly we continue to get feedback all the time.

And as we have known for a long time and as I say to new members,

You will either LOVE the Boxing on a Wednesday or HATE the boxing

Darragh,

Thanks for the email,

So where to start???

Ok well as for the classes so far I have to say I enjoy them more and more each class(except boxing I hateboxing)
I find the classes fun and challenging which is what I needed,
Yourself and all the other coaches are excellent and go above and beyond to show us what to do and how to do it right,
As for the facility, it has everything I need for what I am there to do but Im sure its impossible to keep everyone happy on that front,
I start out my own target at the start as to what Id like to achieve over the 6 weeks and lets just say Im well on my way to beaten that target but lets see how the next 3 weeksgo.
Other than making you read all my babble Im sure you have guessed Im enjoying the training and looking forward finishing the next 3 weeks and then see what we do from there.

Don’t forget that the only day we are closed over Easter is Easter Monday, business as usual the other days.

With another bank holiday coming up be sure to get in today and make sure this is a good and productive week.

Think Big And Kick Ass

Darragh
