The long lonely path

As you have probably realised I listen to a lot of Podcasts and do a right bit of reading

I may start to pull back on them a bit as sometimes there can be to much information and you end up taking nothing in or just confusing yourself with to much of it

But the Podcasts are great for the car journey’s

and 1 thing you learn is that anyone that does anything worthwhile in life does it over a period of time!

No one,

literally NO ONE

just turns up and gets what they want.

This is always a topic on any of these Podcasts from people who have built anything of any significant size

They toil away year after year for a long period of time before reaching their goals.

You regularly see the “over night” success stories of Athlete’s, musicians and actors etc

Then you read their story about how they have been slogging it out for about 10 years behind the scenes where no one even noticed them.

And so it is in Fitness,

Any trainer across the globe knows all about the client that trains for a few weeks, doesn’t make any significant changes to their diet (Click here to find out the Orinciples of all Diets….)

and then comes crying blaming the trainer!

Luckily though these people can be easily ignored when you get messages like the following:

Hi Darragh

Just finished my 1st month of platinum, can I sign up again for it for next month please!? I’ll give the money to whoever’s in in the morning (weather permitting ) Really enjoyed the platinum as I do all theclasses! That is serious serious going!

She has only made that progress by chipping at the block day after day and committing to the process

and I’m sure she wants to keep making progress and bringing these on!
