Just when the weather looked like it was taking a turn for the better it’s now giving snow on St.Patricks day,
ever see the like of it!
Hopefully won’t be to bad but we shall see…
On my current reading list is “The Perfect Day Formula” by Craig Ballantyne and while I am only half way through it is very good.
Have followed Craig for a long time so a lot of what’s in the book is stuff I have heard him go over before.
While “The Perfect Day” is a bit like the “4 Hour Work Week” in that is a never ending goal we are trying to chase there are definately a lot of things we can do to improve our day/ week and life in general.
I will come back to that book when I finish it but all these things comes back to the issue of the KISS principle
And while so many people take great pride in making life as difficult as possible for themselves and yapping on about the stresses and strains that life brings
The vast majority of that stuff is stuff we bring onto ourselves.
And the same rules can be applied across all aspects of life and of course in Fitness,
just as this member has found:
Cant believe its nearly over its been great Ive enjoyed every session as Ive been able to push myself Ive got to 5 every week ,Ive seen an improvement in my fitness,my sleep and my weight is at a place I wanted it to be,I wasnt looking to loose a lot just get fitter and tone up a bit. And unlike what people think, the Platinum sessions arn’t all super fit people “beasting” it out... (Click here for Strength Workout from Minimalist Training)
Just like the classes it is everyone just trying to progress a bit more as they go, (Click here to find out how progress is a Long Lonely Path)
maybe some of them have been upgraded to “beasts” after years of hard work, you know who you are 🙂

Be sure to note all 3 locations will be CLOSED on Saturday the 17th for Patrick’s day but will be OPEN on the Monday the 19th as don’t want to be closing more than 1 day, especially after closing with the snow last week.
Also note that we will only be closed on EASTER MONDAY but business as usual the other days over Easter.

Of course it is for all levels and you can walk it if you like.
If you can let Chris know ASAP if you are interested and we will see what we can do if there is decentnumbers.
