Huge benefits to this

One thing most refuse to do is take a picture of themselves

and it is perfectly understandable as to why!

Most people have negative body images and the last thing you want to do is look at a near naked picture of yourself (Click here to find out how to talk to your daughter about body image)

especially if you have spent most of your day checking out Instagram.

But if you can do it then it is really great to check your progress, like this person has found

Hi Darragh so end of week 5 took a quick picture this morning to compare with one I took 5weeks ago cant believe the difference so pleased with my progress . Nutritional and meal plan ideas were great as for the encouragement and push and drive from all the team only for them wouldnt be were I am today. Looking forward to a healtier leaner fitter me by end of 2018 thank you.

We don’t make anyone do anything as we are all grown ups so unlike some Training Facilities we don’t MAKE people take a before picture

I know some places that do and it probably would be great as you can then use that photo in 3, 6 or 12 months time to see a huge difference.

For yourself as measuring stick to see your progress it will be useful.

The pictures, along with how you feel in yourself, will be 2 of the best trackers you can have and much better than weighing scales and BMI etc

We have another 6 Week program starting this week and we are super pumped about it…

It will probably be a busy week now after people being off for Easter and it is that time of the year when the “Beach Bod” starts creeping into people’s mindsets..

If you have been reading these emails for any amount of time you know that the earlier you start and the longer of a commitment you make then the greater chance of success

by a long shot!

While classes have had a great balance to them recently just make sure to remember that 10:30 and 4:00 are our quietest classes if you can attend them at all.
