Clones Town is going through one of them phases we seem to go through every 10 years or so with a few people passing away and leaves you feeling in a weird philosophical type mood and not much enthusiasm to do anything…
I’m sure you have your own story but I guess that’s just how things go…
1 of my business Mentors uses the phrase that
when people ask him about taking criticism or how to get yourself out of a big hole like debt or a big problem when life goes against you.
His point is that no matter how good or bad a period of life you are going through it is important to remember that the vast majority of stuff that annoys us won’t even be talked about in 5 or 10 years times and most definitely won’t matter when all is said and done…
So focus on the big things that really matter like spending quality time with our family, doing cool stuff and creating a life that we can enjoy everyday as best we can. (Click here to find out what you should FOCUS on above all else)
Not to bring your mood down on a Monday morning when things can be bad enough,
here is the story of Michelle who emailed me last Friday and you can see her pictures on Social Media.
So my 6 weeks have come to an end and I’d just like to say a huge thank you to all your team there at Dutchys you’ve all been so encouraging and amazing you are always there pushing us on building us up I’ve really enjoyed the last 6 weeks and can’t wait to come back to you guys I lost 9lb and 6 and 3/4 inches not a lot but a start but my overall well-being sleep pattern and moods have been greatly improved. I would recommend your classes to anyone and I’ll not hear a negative comment against them. So once again I thank you from the bottom of my heart for starting me on my journey to my new self.

Of course, there are never any bad words about us or me but I get her point!

I had to correct her that 9lbs and over 6 inches is actually excellent progress so hopefully she can stick it out now and keep going,
