It’s amazing the amount of people that have never even set foot in a gym in their lives.
And it’s not hard to see why as most gyms are anything but welcoming and don’t entice people to come in and try their best.
Which is why we try our best to make people feel at ease and be able to try their best, like this member:
Sorry for the late reply, just letting you know that I can’t believe how much I love your classes, I never stood in a gym before, never lifted a kettlebell or any type of weight before so everything is a learning curve for me, but I can’t believe the results already, I’m a busy Mam to 4 boys my youngest was just 6 wks when I started your 6 wk program,
Best decision I have made, I’ve loads of energy which is a godsend to me and best of all I can see my weight dropping.
The facilities and trainers are excellent, made me feel very comfortable from the beginning which was great as I was terrified walking in that 1st day!
I’m looking forward to the next 3 wks!!
This current 6 Week Program has been one of our most successful yet across all 3 facilities so not sure if it is the time of year or what

In order to do that you have to be willing to think for yourself…
We all know that anything new is great and if you go from eating rubbish food and doing little/ zero exercise and then you stop eating rubbish food and start doing quality workouts 2- 4 times a week
things are going to change for you.
Until, eventually they will stop changing for you.

What seems to happen people is they get a certain point and then struggle to shift any more weight.
Of course this could be for any amount of reasons as there are a lot of variables in play.
Maybe you are finally at a healthy weight and you should be happy with that
Maybe you arn’t pushing yourself enough with your workouts
or countless other factors.
But one very likely area is that people have no idea of calories in versus calories out.

So take some time this week to download the app My Fitness Pal and spend your first week watching Youtube videos and playing about with it to see how it works and get a feel for it.
And if you get started on it then we discuss things with you in greater detail.
First up it will tell you how many Carbs, Fats and Proteins you should be eating every day and then it will allow you to track them every day.
It can be hard to get use to at the start but once you do it will really help you out.
