I would never say THAT

Told ya so

Is one thing I would NEVER say

Especially when I receive emails like this that have people saying it for me:

Just finished the six weeks and super results. 9 lb’s lost and found a new previously unused notch on my belt. !
I also registered with the MFP as recommended….super app…I am managing to maintain the recommended calorie intake as recommended. Its a great eye-opener on the different types of food and drink….and allows me a treat if I have enough calories remaining on the day (e.g had a beer on sat. night..was only 189 cal so still came under the target.)

Instructors and classes remain excellent.

Just last week I had someone comment to me that they can’t even go out for dinner as their other half is that “obsessed” with their food intake they can’t eat out.

It is extremes like this that give us all a bad name.

If your doing your food right there should be no reason why you can’t eat out.

Granted you can’t track exactly what you are getting in terms of Carbs, Fats, Proteins and overall calories but you can still leave yourself enough room to keep it solid. (Click here to find out how to easily handle the weekend)

You can also keep it good with rice, veg and meat

Fancy a steak maybe?

You can also keep your carbs low throughout the day and get a good workout in which will keep you on the straight and narrow.

Especially when we are talking about once a week here or maybe even once a month or so…

So unless you are an elite athlete or stepping on stage for a show soon then there is no reason to be going to such extremes.

Once you know that every Custard Cream you dip into your Tea is about 60 calories and that a desert can be around 500 calories and you are only allowed 1800 for the entire day

Then you will start to understand why you haven’t made the progress you maybe feel you should be making.
