I would say dieting is actually pretty simple yes
But simple, yes!
While so many people like to confuse it to sound all intelligent and stuff it really isn’t that complicated.
Eat quality food 80% of the time, stay within your calorie limits and hit your Protein numbers (Click here to find out about the 80/20)
And don’t tell me
O I don’t know what quality food is?
Well you know for damn sure that full packet of biscuits you just ate doesn’t count as quality food
it may not be bad as such and you can still eat a few of them
but not a full packet in 1 sitting. (Click here to find out what you should snack on)
As your goals get more detailed and maybe you want a 6 pack or to be an elite athlete then maybe you need to change things up but that’s a very small percentage of the population…
The average Joe just needs to have some cop on and do some proper working out
Just like this member has found out:
Sorry I didn’t get back to you on Friday.
I have to say I’m loving the classes. Instructors are very friendly and supportive and get the most out of me! I’ve made so many changes since I started, all for the better and I find I’ve much more energy after only 3 weeks and I’m sleeping better. No more crap food and it feels great!
Its lovely to see people just getting on with it in a very relaxed and friendly environment. I will be staying on after the 6 weeks! This is the first real exercise I’ve done since my cancer diagnosis and I would encourage anyone to join.
She has got good news with the Cancer diagnosis so it’s all good there…
Don’t forget that in Cavan and Enniskillen facilities next week there is a few small changes to the timetables coming in so be sure to be wary of that
and have a great wkend without undoing all your great work this week.
