The magic 5

Don’t forget that we are closed today for the Bank Holiday Monday in all 3 facilities….

You have probably heard the saying that

You are the sum of the 5 people who hang around with the most

Or something along those lines

Basically the moral of the story is your results will be equal to those of the 5 people you spend the most time with (Click here to find out what you should try for 24 hours)

and it makes perfect sense when you think about it.

Spend time with people who don’t care about their health & fitness and have them yapping on about what a loser you are for going to the gym and eating good food

then you will find you will be easily tempted to sway off.

But when you hang around people that are into it and chatting about it and wanting to push themselves then it will automatically push you on.

And the same for any area of your life.

Which is why any parent is always worried if their child starts hanging out with a bunch of bell ends…

So while it may not be easy, you have to at least try to control the influences around you as best you can (Don’t let these people dictate your rules Click here)

Who you hang with, who you listen to online, what books you read etc will all influence your decisions eventually

Which is why we want to try and create a positive environment where people can feel comfortable to work out and chase their goals

​​​​​​​and have their “Me” time away from all the negative BS in their lives.

Just as this new member found out:

Hi Darragh!

I’m absolutely loving the classes. I didn’t know anyone when I started them, and the thought of that was very daunting at first, but I realised when I came in the first day that this didn’t matter at all! Everyone is so lovely and welcoming, and nobody makes me feel like an amateur. All of the trainers are so encouraging which is great, especially in those last very tough 10 seconds! I can’t fault the classes at all. The only thing I would love are 7am classes on Mondays and Wednesdays (but that’s just me being greedy!). I haven’t noticed major changes in my body yet (although it’s only week 3, so I can’t expect miracles!), but I have seen such an improvement in my sleep pattern and my overall well-being. I am usually a very bad sleeper, but since I started the classes I have never slept better, and this is definitely down to a better diet and my new found love of exercise! I’m looking forward to concentrating on the new nutrition plan now and seeing and feeling even more fantastic results.

P.S Don’t listen to that absolute tube Ronan. Even with auto-correct, he still managed to spell everything wrong! If Monday were a person, he would be it…..

Everyone in Cavan and Enniskillen should have received an email on relevant changes to the timetables in each facility starting next week so if you didn’t receive that email then let me know….

Remember we have various options available regarding Personal Training if you feel that is a better option for you so whatever your situation don’t be afraid to give us a shout…
