A detox to start maybe??

So here’s a little email I received last week about our upcoming 6 Week Program:

Hi Darragh,

I would be looking for a diet to start straight away from day 1.Maybe a detox 1st den a diet to follow.. Do you do this?

To which I politely replied:

Hi Paula,

No we don’t believe in detoxes as they are no good long term and only promote bad habits.

We promote sticking to your workouts week in and week out and having sensible diet choices.

Do you think she will ever step foot in our facility?

Heeeellll No!

and that’s a pity but that’s just the way thing’s go.

We can give her a little bit of forgiveness that she mightn’t know any better but after years of doing all these diet’s and detoxes surely the penny has to drop sometime. (click here to find out the Principles of all diets)

Einsteins definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

And yet we see it everywhere we go.

People battering away at projects that get them nowhere and always afraid to quit as we hear so much nonsense about never quitting or giving up.

Well if you have burst your ass at something and it’s going nowhere then at some stage you have to say this isn’t for me anymore and change things up.

People follow the same type of diet and training program and wonder why they never get anywhere

We see these in sporting environments all the time where coaches don’t have the balls or the brains, to change things up so they just keep doing the same thing over and over again and think things will magically change.

And if you think you have “Tried everything” in any area of your life and failed then you can almost be guaranteed you haven’t tried the proper stuff for a long enough period of time to notice a change. (Click here to find out the Key to be Consistent)

If you haven’t stuck to a Diet or training program for 3 to 4 months then you haven’t tried it long enough, simple as that.
