Just focus on moving and breathing

That was an eventful wkend with a match Saturday and a few pints Saturday night followed by a great game in Clones between Monaghan and Kerry…

Monaghan lads gave their all but Kerry we’re like a bad fart just hanging about all day and got the draw in the end.

All up to the Galway game in a few weeks so will be good craic.

Was also an eventful wkend as we let the cat is out of the bag about closing Enniskillen and opening the PT studio in Cavan so no turning back now and we just have to roll with it.

Also received this interesting email from a member:

I have really enjoyed the classes and have seen alot of restoration in terms of fitness I have lost over the last 2 years of doing nothing which is great.

I definitely look alot better also.

This hasn’t translated to the scales and I’m only down about 2 pounds even with practically zero carbs food wise over the last few weeks.

This is totally my own doing though as I have had a few weekends away in that time and the alcohol has killed my weight loss goals.

I am very focused as I said before on my goal of being 10 kilos down by Christmas and as such want to continue with your classes.

I can’t speak highly enough of the instructors and the classes. It’s actually a relief to just be able to go and be told what to do rather than setting my own programme out. It’s like getting a great workout done while in autopilot. Moving and breathing are pretty much my only jobs.

I will send you a 3 day food diary next week to see were I might be screwing myself over.

And it’s great when we get members like this that understand that and understand the consequences of their actions outside the facility

Of course 99% of people understand all this but there is always that 1% that expect miracles even though they are missing a lot of important factors.

Have some sort of idea what your calories for the week are like and work from there.
