This Can Happen

You may have noticed on FB that I am putting in a bit more work in with content via videos and some pics…

I did one on Hydration tips and how to get more water on board that was shared by a camogie club in Offaly with the comment

I thought I was a great fella for a long time with these emails but realised I am only skimming the surface and need to up my game.

and as with anything, once you actually set your mind to it you realise there’s not that much to it.

The emails get done by hook or by crook because they HAVE to go out at 7am those 3 mornings and I have that in my head now and that’s it.

So now I have made it a rule for 30 week days that I will have a pic for the morning and a video in the evening and then I will review them after the 30 day’s.

While I don’t agree with comparing ourselves to others all the time it is something that we always do and probably always will.

We should probably focus more on how we channel that comparison and use it to our advantage. (click here to find out what you should FOCUS on above all else…)

We all need a good boot in the hole now and again and a shake up that we can actually do more and if not work harder at something, at the very least work smarter on it.

In business we think we are helping people but then you realise way’s of improving things greatly..

My motivation/ boot in the hole when it comes to my fitness is when I see dudes in their late 30’s and early 40’s who are ripped and in savage shape.

Playing football, or any sport, will always help keep people on their toes and pushing themselves.

And knowing that no matter how good you think you are there is some teenage girl out there doing what you do as a warm up.

And that’s the truth!

This will only come about with some bigger thinking and not always settling because your family/ friends say your doing great, why bother etc (To find out why you Should be Happy But Never Satisfied Click here)

I know that people have found these emails helpful and useful over the years so I need to see how I can multiply that

and for the minute I think the videos and posts on social media is the best way to do that for now.

I suppose the moral of the story is that there is always room for improvement and nothing wrong with seeking perfection as long as you can cope with the fact that it will never be reached.

Don’t forget that we have our next 6 Week Program starting next week so for anyone that has never been in with us or hasn’t been in for over a year then be sure to stop the procrastinating and get on it!!
