Have you really? Have you F

As I have mentioned in these emails before one

You don’t know what you don’t know

If you ever try to learn anything new or are passionate about any subject you will know all about this.

You think you know a topic and then get talking to someone much smarter than you and realise you know jack all really when it comes down to it

Another way this manifests itself is that we settle far to easily.

Because we don’t know what we don’t know we think this is good as our fitness levels can get,

until a good trainer gets you doing things much better and you start to think

What the Fudge have I been doing all these years?

And in my case this definately applies to business.

Just when you think you are a bad ass helping loads of people and doing great things you then learn something new and think (Click here to find out why you should Create New Problems)

Fudge sake, we’re only scratching the surface here.

And so it is for anything.

At the minute I have a business coach that I pay for (along with books etc) and a new swimming coach as the lessons we had booked ended up being cancelled as we we’re the only ones interested in doing them.

I’ve been going to the pool about twice a week for the past 6 to 8 weeks thinking I’m building up nicely.

I worked harder and learnt more in the 30 minutes the other day than I have in the past 8 weeks.

When you look at your Fitness goals and think you have “tried everything” you really have to ask,

Have you really?

The value of someone who knows what they are talking about is priceless.

Now the cynics out there will think

“Typical business man trying to sell his stuff!”

But I don’t really care to be honest as this is a Philosophy I live by myself and I know people going into a gym or working out at home to fart around,

sorry “workout”,

arn’t doing anything near the amount of quality work we do in 45 minutes or 60 minutes in our classes and Platinum sessions.

And here we have yet another great example of such:

Good Morning Darragh,

Im finished my 6 weeks after doing the 7am class and getting my measurements done….. are you ready …

Bust – 36 35.5
Waist – 331/4 – 291/4 ( 4 inches!!!!!)
Thigh – 21.3 – 19.5

My weight – i was 9st 11 – now 9st 5.

I have loved going to these classes and i feel the difference.
I touched my toes yesterday evening in class – i have never been able to do that ( even after doing pilates for months)- i was like a child when i just did it.

So as a present to myself i have signed up for 6 months membership.
I believe that it is a gift to myself – i feel fantastic.
I have also booked myself a spa day for Sunday – why not!

So thank you and your brilliant motivating staff – i averaged 3 classes a week – not one class was the same.
They really are something else – amazing amazing!
Can you tell I’m in a good mood – right best go and do some “work”.

So all we need is an open mind to what is out there,

which for a lot of people is the biggest challenge of the lot.

Not for you of course, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this email 🙂
