6 Week Program Introductory Membership:

This is for new members only and it is to give people the chance to check out our classes and see the kind of results they can get.  This membership gives you unrestricted access to our 27 sessions a week.  To find out full details on the Program just click on which suits LADIES or MEN

Personal Training:

£35 per session (Based on doing 2 sessions a week for 5 weeks with payment upfront)

Personal Training allows us to work with you individually and tailor the workouts Exactly to your needs and Fitness level.

We can also get more in depth and personal with your program:

Self Massage – This is done with Foam Rolling and a great way to clear Knots and scar tissue that form day to day

Advanced Flexibility work – We can slowly guide you through stretches that require more time and skill to execute so that you gradually progress

Personalised Program – Keep progressing the program as you improve and make changes to improve your weak areas

 

Semi- Private: Platinum Program

Semi-Private Training is becoming more and more popular in the fitness world.

These are strength sessions so you would need to be willing to lift heavy weights.

It is run in 4 week blocks and it £120 (not in addition to current membership).
