I joined the 6 week/ladies challenge 2 weeks ago, after running out of excuses with my co-worker, and to be honest I thought I would make every excuse under the sun not to go!!! I haven't had any classes with you (Cavan)yet, but when I found myself passing 13 lorries to catch the last class after work...my 4th this week...I realised I actually enjoy the classes.I'm far from the fittest person in the class, I'm sure the instructors are sick of saying " and for anyone that's just starting, try, but if you can't you can do this instead...." (usually to me). But I want to thank Inga, Stephen and co. for making me feel like even if I can't do all the tasks, that the proportion I am doing is good. That I can do it. That I will improve every time I go. The personal touches ie. that the instructor making an effort to know our names, that they notice when someone is struggling, that all the classes have something different. These have meant that I, for one, someone that was too embarrassed to got to classes and gyms, feel like I am finally doing something to tackle my weight, fitness and self worth.I look forward to the next 4 weeks and all that comes after it. It's been a while since I have made any comment on the facility, so I thought I'd give you a little feedback. I suppose the gym clothes I wear don't really reflect awfully well the transformation my body has undergone since I joined, but I continue to get compliments on how much progress I have made and how well I look from people I meet... I am really cross that someone would call the trainers terrible and I would love to meet whoever said that because I would put them straight! I can only surmise that this person wanted the magic quick fix ie eat what they want do minimal exercise and lose tons of weight! Anyone who is serious about getting in shape needs to get their head in shape too or it's not going to happen. I can only heap praise on you, Alan. Stephen, Inga and Lorraine, please keep doing what you are doing in the facilities. Enjoy the weekend

We have members of all fitness levels. Everyone can work at their own pace and take as many breaks as needed.
