I think we will agree that motivation levels have been up and down throughout this lockdown.
I’m lucky that I simply HAVE to take 3 home workouts a week and be on the video so I have no choice but to put in a good shift (even on days when I’m not feeling it at all)
And I have managed to get a few runs and a few weights sessions around that so have kept myself ticking over.
It’s hard to know if there will be any footie to go back to. But with the way business will be, I’ll probably only have time to focus on it and footie will be knocked on the head altogether.
But that’s all for another day.
Today I want to talk about what Grainne is doing.
Grainne is kicking ass and taking names is what Grainne is doing.
While she’s been a member of ours for a good while…
She’s now getting a really good grasp of her diet and what needs to be done from all angles, to get the results she wants. In fact, here’s what she said to us on Wednesday:
“I started dutchy’s to get fit ,tone up and lose weight. I love the workouts, there is no pressure on you to keep up , you go at your own pace and I can see a huge improvement in my fitness levels.
If I can’t make the live workout I can catch up that evening . The exercises are different every day and explained very well.
The nutritional advice is excellent, I have really noticed a difference since I’m following the advice properly, not only have I lost weight but inches off everywhere. Even through lockdown I have been able to keep on target.
This is from someone who had a very sweet tooth and was never a fan of veggies. I can still have my treats so I’m not missing out and I’m partial to the odd vegetable with dinner!!Thanks again Lorraine and Darragh from a soon to be skinny minie”
Not bad for a veggie hater who has a hectic schedule.
And we couldn’t be prouder of Grainne.
She’s really done well, taking things one step at a time.
