With each passing year Conor Mc Gregor seems to manage to alienate more and more people with his behaviour
Which is such a shame as he worked so hard to achieve something incredible by reaching the heights he reached and could of became an absolute legend in so many different areas
Punching a 51 year old in the head when he’s not looking just because he doesn’t fancy a bit of your whiskey is about as bad as it gets and it will be interesting to see where he is in 10 years time as you would have to wonder is he another Mike Tyson in the making
Massive global superstar who just burns through through their money and ends up broke
^^^^ You heard it here first
But time will tell
The interesting thing is that he was suppose to the epitome of success
And anything you read or see about success is always the EXTREME end of it
The cars and all the flashy BS
But success comes in many different forms and is different for everyone
I know business owners who are financially very successful but their health is shocking and their quality time with family members would be little to non existent
So how successful are they really?
And just like with Fitness
Some people just want to improve their health and be able to get to the top of the stairs without running out of breath
and some want to be bad ass athletes who are in full on BEAST mode in the gym
Each to their own
Unfortunately, these messages get mixed up and people start to believe that in order to be in shape you need to DEVOTE your life to it and go to extremes
It’s like the modern day politics where you have to be either on the far right or the far left as that’s where the sexy and dramatic headlines are
when in reality the answer to most questions is usually somewhere in the middle where some common sense tends to be
And for 90% of people in this country that are overweight it comes down to some very simple principles
Exercise hard 2- 4 days a week
Get your activity levels up the other days
Eat more protein and less rubbish
And then go higher or lower on these points depending on your goals at any given time
Unfortunately a lot of people don’t know how to exercise hard correctly or what Protein is!
Which is where we come in 🙂
